1. No alcoholic beverages will pass my lips.
2. Smoking cigs, cigars and whatever will cease.
3. Junk food will be replaced by fruits and vegetables.
4. More white meat, less red meat (food).
5. Exercising will begin and by the end of the two weeks
I will be at 90 minutes a day excluding Sundays.
6. Now that company has left, all I can eat dessert will continue so I don't get cranky from 1-5 above.
