I'm A Player!

Yes, it's official.

I am now part of the gang that hangs out in the garage picking up a jam.
Just this past weekend I led my fellow musician pals in my one and only song
that sounds like a song when I'm playing it,

 Let It Be.

Six weeks of guitar 101 lessons are over
and with the help of my Dad's flute trade-in (his idea), I have my new (used) guitar.

The second round of lessons begins, we'll be learning some holiday music.

Jingle my bells!

So it was your first official garage jam session. Now you really do rock!

I giggled when I read your dad gave you his flute to trade in. Guess playing the flute just wasn't as great as he imagined.

Looking forward to your first live internet broadcast of Christmas tunes. *hint, hint* :)

OMG this is my dream....a JAM?? How freakin' cool are you?

It is far harder, I am sure, to try to jam in a garage with a flute. Good trade!!!

I like Mel's idea of a youtube video! Show us your skills, mister!

I'm so excited that you've found something you love. I also think it's so great that your dad traded-in his flute for your new guitar. He's a good guy!

Hurray for you! Playing an instrument is so satisfying. No matter the level of skill, it's good for you. Keep on rocking.

You go! That is one hell of an accomplishment...I recommend picking up some slow latin type music next to serenade the R. ;)
